Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policies

At Craft Nagri, we are committed to delivering high-quality art and craft products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our policy below. Requests for returns, refunds, or replacements must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

1. Returns and Replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:
   - The product is damaged or defective.(Replacement will be provided)
   - You received a product that is different from what you ordered.

2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Include the original packaging materials (labels, bags, boxes) when returning the product.

4. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the returned package.

5. Customized orders and bulk purchases are not eligible for return or replacement.

Procedure for Returns and Replacements:

If your product meets the criteria mentioned above, please contact us at care@craftnagri.com** or via WhatsApp at 8630765804 within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Refund Process:

To ensure a smooth refund process, please provide:
   - Your order number.
   - An unboxing video (Mandatory) and clear images of the product to help us verify the issue.
   - An image of the defective item and its packaging.

Upon successful inspection of the returned product at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated:
   - Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 2 to 7 business days.
   - Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via UPI ID, Bank Account, or QR code within 24 to 48 hours.

Note: Refunds will cover the value of the product only; shipping or additional costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

At Craft Nagri, we do not charge a restocking fee in most cases. In rare cases where a fee may apply, we will inform you in advance.

Replacement Process:

We offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Requests for replacements must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:
   - Provide your order number, a receipt, and an unboxing video and images of the product.

Only products with manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries are eligible for replacement. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement as per our standard shipping timelines.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched and picked up by the courier, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID before it is shipped.

Missing Items:

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will either reship the missing product or issue a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

RTO (Return to Origin):

In case of an RTO (Return to Origin), where the delivery could not be completed due to the recipient’s unavailability, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reship the order or resolve the situation based on the circumstances.
